The Opportunity
The Site Manager leads and manages the overarching operational activities and the provision of Food Services to HealthShare NSW customers.
In this role you will foster a collaborative approach with Local Health Districts (LHDs), clinical and non-clinical staff, and HealthShare NSW business partners to maintain strong customer relations and effective service deliver.
This position requires the ability to contribute to the development of the site business plan in line with the strategic plan. Consult with the Operation/ Sector Manager to review business processes, make recommendations to promote continuous improvements, prepare annual budget requirements, provide regular reports, and escalate unresolved issues.

COVID-19 Vaccination Compliance
All NSW Health workers must provide evidence of a COVID-19 primary vaccination course (2 doses) which have been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA). New applicants must have completed the COVID-19 vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health or provide an approved medical contraindication certificate.
Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate if received in Australia, or overseas records from a legitimate source.
