About Us :
Based on the Sunshine Coast we are a leading Commercial Construction company dedicated to delivering high -quality building projects across the Sunshine Coast. Our team is our greatest asset and we are looking for a skilled and motivated Site Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will work closely with a dedicated project team including a Project Manager and Contracts Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Coordinate and liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to maintain smooth project progress.
- Develop and implement construction schedules,
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and address any issues promptly.
- Conduct weekly subcontractor and toolbox meetings,
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment to enhance team performance and morale.
- Proven experience with tower cranes
- Ensuring a high level of communication and teamwork with all stakeholders
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager running mid to high rise residential apartment projects in excess of $15M.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and best practices.
- Experience with Procore although not essential.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of WHS requirements
- Relevant qualifications in supervision or a related field.
