AddressOur Client is a stable & long-standing 3rd tier builder based in the Inner Eastern suburbs. They have been in operation for over 15 years and have grown steadily in that time. They target projects ranging in value from $250,000 - $10M across all major market sectors.
They have secured a $3M primary school extension & refurbishment in the Inner suburbs and require a capable Site Manager to oversee it's delivery.
To be considered you must have extensive previous site management/supervisory experience running commercial, institutional or education projects. You will be trade qualified in carpentry with a can-do attitude and a proven ability to manage live-environment projects for demanding Clients.
In return you will receive a permanent position from a cracking builder with supportive management which will guarantee stability through the next few years. Salary is flexible depending on experience with a range of $120,000 - $150,000 total package for a 5-day a week position.
