Phoenix Academy is an established RTO located in Perth, Western Australia. We are currently seeking highly skilled and qualified TAE and/or Business Trainers and Assessors to deliver and assess
- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
and/or
- BSB40120 Certificate IV in Business
- BSB50120 Diploma of Business
We are committed to providing quality training and assessment to our clients and are looking for passionate and dedicated Trainers and Assessors to join our team.
We are looking for individuals to deliver our programs face to face (including hybrid teaching)
To be successful in this role you will have :
Essential:
- Experience delivering TAE and / or BSB training package and relevant industry experience
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative without supervision.
- Experience working with a diverse range of clients from a range of cultures.
- Computer literacy including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Please note: To deliver and assess the TAE40122, you will you require the Diploma of Vocational Education and Training or Diploma of Training Design and Development or a higher-level qualification in adult education.
