Stealth Group is currently seeking a Tender Coordinator to join our growing business. This role will primarily focus on administering and formatting tenders related to Industrial, Safety, Truck, Automotive, and Workplace supplies within the group, with guidance from our General Manager - Sales and other leaders. You will have the chance to thrive under the guidance of strong leadership, play a pivotal role in crafting winning tender proposals and oversee the end-to-end tender process. You will be the go-to person for tender and contract coordination, submission, and administration, making a significant impact on our group's success in these areas
What you’ll be doing:
- Be the driving force behind tender success: As the central point of contact, spearhead the coordination and completion of tender requests, paving the way for our company's expansion into new opportunities.
- Expertly utilise document software: Format, edit, and finalise tender submissions, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and professionalism throughout
- Fuel our growth with compelling submissions: Collaborate closely with the GM - Sales to develop dynamic submissions and innovative bid strategies.
- Forge dynamic partnerships with key stakeholders: Cultivate impactful relationships with stakeholders, unlocking doors to exciting collaborations and amplifying our presence in the industry.
- Drive efficiency and organisation in project management: Take charge of project management programs, streamlining processes, and maintaining control over crucial documents and schedules.
- Thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment: Embrace the excitement of working under pressure, leveraging strong communication skills and a proactive mindset to meet and exceed rigid submission deadlines.
To succeed in this role, you have:
- Experience in working to strict time frames and fast-paced environments.
- Excellent computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
- Experience in Tender submission/Creation is desirable
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail.
- An excellent ability building relationships and working in a Team.
- Deadline-driven with the ability to prioritise tasks.
