Form of workThis is a permanent position for a commercial build Site Manager to work on Brisbane-based projects for a quality Builder synonyms with the Queensland commercial construction market, having been in operation for more than 50 years.
Delivering a suite of small new build and structural refurbishment projects between $5M - $15M, you will join a multidisciplinary builder who still operates under a ‘relationships-first’ approach.
You will commence on a $10M, south-side, fully documented, ‘live environment’ project and as such, your client management and communication skills will need to be second to none.
You will be looking for a long-term home and possess a reputation for operating with integrity, honesty and respect. Your ability to drive programme, quality, safety and sub-contractor performance is essential as is the ability to foster and strengthen client and stakeholder relations.
Preference will go to individuals residing in Brisbane (or northern end of the Gold Coast) and with an impressive portfolio of works associated with commercial, refurbishment and industrial markets. You will need to be trade qualified and possess a QBCC Supervisors or Builders License.
In return for your services; you will be rewarded with a strong but sustainable mid six-figure package, the option to earn additional bonuses for projects that require the odd Saturday (or overtime / time in leu).
