The Role
- #1 – Educatioanl Build - two new buildings in existing school - $6m build
- #2 – Heritage listed building conversion - new office/retail space - $8m build
Experience/Qualifications Required
- A stable track record in supervision of $5m+ projects – new build experience essential along with strong understanding of in ground services.
- Certificate III or IV in OHS, First Aid Certificate
- An ability to programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
- Experience in utilising site safety software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar
- A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
- Working with children check for the educational project.
