You will be working with a dedicated team on Commercial Fit-Out projects valued between $1.5 and $6 million.
The business has grown considerably over the last five years, and as a result, project sizes have tripled. They are also developing a new builds division. This is an opportunity to leverage your extensive experience in commercial fit-out as a bridge into a new sector.
They are an ISO-accredited company with an excellent track record and, as a result, have built solid relationships with their clients and preferred subcontractors.
They also have the latest systems and processes, allowing you to manage your job safely and efficiently.

The team meets every Monday to set project priorities for the week, and the project manager and construction manager are on hand to help and support you every step of the way.
For this opportunity, you must have at least three years of experience as a commercial fit-out or refurbishment Site Manager with a head contractor. And a solid work history.
The salary range for this role is up to a $175k package, depending on your experience. Plus, assistance with travel as required.
