In this job you will:
Be responsible for the distribution of our customer’s products. The successful applicant will manage and oversee the safe day-to-day operation of the Transport operation. This role is permanent, Monday – Friday 12pm start

• Focused and committed to leading and driving a safety and compliance culture.
• Develop and manage the overall operation ensuring maximum optimisation of Contractor and Company equipment.
• Overseeing six company and 20 contractor vehicles.
• Conduct regular audits.
• Key point of contact for Customers and Driver escalations
• Develop, coach and support all members of your team.
• Maintain all KPI’s

You have the following qualities and qualifications:

• Strong focus and commitment to safety and compliance.
• Proven skills and experience managing a team
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations and management.
• Proven planning, problem solving and analytical skills
• Experience in a similar role is essential
• Medium to High-level skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
