We are looking for a Site Service Engineer to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Ensure projects are delivered within time and budget, while satisfying the client's needs
- Assist in planning material, resources and systems usage for successful, cost-effective, and best-practice project completion
- Maintain documentation and systems for quality, safety and environmental considerations
- Participate in client/contractor meetings
- Manage cost control for certain scope of works and maintain look ahead
- Read and interpret design plans and drawings
- Supervise, mentor and support Graduate Engineers
- Developing Engineering Procedures and Methodologies. (e.g., BW Change Methodology, Slew Bearing Methodology)
- Liaise with the Client on any project matter.
- Travel to Site when the company requires
Desired Experience
- Balance Machines knowledge,
- Mechanical Inspections and Reporting
- Structural Inspections & Reporting
- Hydraulic Systems
- Site Engineering Experience,
- Design Upgrades and Refurbishment to OEM Equipment,
Capability & Experience will you need to have:
- Tertiary qualification in Mechanical/Civil engineering or similar
- Site-based experience working on a range of packages
- An ability to understand design, problem solve, learn, adapt and continually challenge yourself
- Well-developed communication skills and an ability to build and maintain relationships with a broad range of subcontractors, local authorities, internal staff and clients
