The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency, while maintaining excellent client communication throughout the construction process.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of on-site construction activities, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with building code, regulations, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify any issues or concerns.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal team members to ensure project milestones are met and client expectations are exceeded.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
- QBCC Supervisor Licence.
- Proven experience in residential construction, preferably in custom homes.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
