About the Role

The position is primarily responsible for supervising a team of Security Officers and liaising with stakeholders. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Supervisor a team of Security Officers
• Provide conflict resolution for incidents on
• Liaise with the client and relay information to other team members
• Provide access control for both vehicles and personnel entering the premises
• Validate, issue/retrieve and conduct random checks on ID/access cards
• Conduct mobile patrols and surveillance
• Monitor alarms, radios, sensors and CCTV footage
• Provide emergency response to incidents on site
• Conduct random Drug & Alcohol tests on personnel
• Maintain a log of vehicle and personnel movements and events/incidents that occur on site

Skills & Experience

• Current QLD Security Licence - Unarmed as minimum
• Certificate II in Security Operations
• Current drivers' licence - open manual licence
• Current Occupation First Aid certificate
• MSIC - Maritime Security Identification Card - or the ability to obtain
• Maritime Security Guard (MSG) qualification
• QLD 30215 General Construction Industry Safety Induction (White Card)
• Drug & Alcohol Testing qualification - training can be provided to successful applicants
• RIIRIS402D - Carry out the Risk Management Processes (preferred)
• Training and Assessing Qualifications (preferred)
