We are currently seeking a Site Supervisor to work out of our Perth, WA office.
Reporting to the General Manager - GBE the primary responsibility of Site Manager is to complete the construction projects by reviewing design, planning, organizing, and controlling projects; completing quality inspections; supervising sub-contractors and staff.
Key Responsibilities:

• Review Honeywell Issue for construction documentation together with Consultants & Project Design documents for compliance.
• Meets operational standards by contributing construction information to strategic plans and reviews.
• Manages sub-contractors by locating, evaluating; monitoring and controlling performance.
• Approves construction projects by conducting inspections at critical phases, obtaining approvals from buyers.
• Prevents fines and interruptions by complying with, and enforcing, codes.
• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.
• Ensure performance and delivery to schedule by Sub-contractors and direct delivery staff.
• Draft, review, approve and administer all method statements for the works.
• Coordinate your scope of works with interfacing and adjacent trades to ensure access, continuity and efficient working KPIs for your delivery.

Key Experience and Qualifications:

• Preferably Tertiary Qualification in Engineering, trade background.
• 10 years related industry experience. Experience with Tier 1 Construction projects and construction management
• Knowledge in Design Management, Project Management, Quality Management, Supervision, Managing Profitability, Delegation, Supply Management, ADA Requirements, Civil Project Management, Estimation
• Highly proficient in all the key areas of Project management.
• Construction site supervision of Controls or Mech Elec personnel.
• Must be able to act professionally and responsibly with clients, employees, subcontractors and management.
• Excellent verbal/written/presentation skills.
• Ability to travel to sites if required.
