Site Supervisor role to support the Project Manager with the delivery of non-process infrastructure on mine sites in WA on a FIFO 2:1 roster. Supporting the project team on all aspects of construction and communication with customer and sub-contractors daily.

What You Will Do
As the Site Supervisor based out of Perth you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of site construction installation including liaising and coordinating with a broad range of consultants, specialist trades, contractors, customers and suppliers who are all involved in the installation of our modular buildings and associated infrastructure works.
More specifically, you will contribute to, and be responsible for:
- Oversee the co-ordination of trades, contractors, and employees to ensure the effective execution of building installations and associated works.
- Ensure all ATCO and customer documentation related to the construction installation process is completed and provided to appropriate parties within the required timeframes.
- Act as the point of contact for subcontractors, project coordinators and other departments as required to ensure alliance between the manufacturing factory, branch processes and site work.
- Assist contractors and employees with the development and ensure implementation of safety plans and safe work method statements for all works on site.
- Ensure compliance with ATCO safety policies and procedures and customers site safety policies and procedures.
- Reviewing site installation schedule and communicating with the customer and work fronts as required, to ensure on-time delivery and quality installation.
- Promptly working to resolve any operational issues or schedule changes which may have contractual implications, whilst continuing to foster the customer relationship.

- Section 44 or Schedule 26 ticket and training
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- A charismatic, upbeat, and positive demeanour
- Clear oral and written communication skills
- Experience in a similar role in general construction
- FIFO experience working in a site-based role
