Key Duties
- Oversee the efficient installation and collection of staging and dance floor equipment at events.
- Coordinate with venue staff and clients to ensure seamless execution of event setups.
- Lead a team of event staff, providing guidance and support during installations and collections.
- Ensure equipment is handled with care and maintained in excellent condition.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to organize transportation and scheduling for events.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues that may arise during installations or collections.
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism and customer service at all times.
Key requirements
- Medium rigid truck license
- No previous experience required; we will provide comprehensive training.
- Ability to work at a fast pace and thrive in a dynamic, time-sensitive environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic understanding of event logistics is a plus.
