We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisorto join a high profile wastewater treatment project, based in Rockhampton, Qld.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The role will be based in North Rockhampton and will work with a dynamic team delivering an upgrade to the North Rockhampton Sewage Treatment Plant.
Reporting to the Site Manager, this role will be responsible for the coordination and supervision of activities on site, liaising with staff and subcontractors and ensuring construction is performed in accordance with the specification, program and budget. As a Safety Champion you will be responsible for implementing and maintenance of Haslin safe systems including; Pre-start briefings, JSEA review, SWMS review, Take 5’s, delivering tool box talks and conducting observations and inspections.

WHO YOU ARE:
To be successful in this role you will possess the following:
- Experience delivering critical infrastructure projects
- Certificate 4 or equivalent in Civil construction / Building / Engineering
- What's most important to us is your attitude, commitment, work ethic and ability to integrate into our work culture
- Strong team leadership, consultation, communication and management skills
- Understanding of WHS legislation compliance and management systems
- Knowledge of quality management systems ISO 9001 and experience managing quality assurance
- Electronic data management and other relevant computer skills
