AddressThis company builds project homes or medium density subdivision projects on their own land. They have projects in the Southwest Sydney area and are rapidly growing in the area. Working in a large and experienced team and under the supervision of the Construction Manager, you will be overseeing up to 20 homes.
This company build 800+ homes in NSW and are also diversifying their project portfolio into high end homes and housing subdivisions.
The role:
- Supervise the build of 17-20 new homes around Austral
- Co-ordinate and schedule daily workloads
- Manage labour and trades both direct and sub contracted
- Keep regularly, weekly contact with the client
- Keep the company and customer up to date on progress and performance
- Resolve any problems
- At least 4 years' experience in a foreman/supervisor/site manager role
- A solid background within residential construction
- Relevant trade qualifications - carpentry or building ideally
- Previous experience managing multiple sites
- Previous experience working for a project home builder
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Must have a valid driver's license
- You will be working under the leadership of a highly respected and experienced Construction Manager who has been in the industry for over 30 years and who has run this department for 15 years
- Well-developed and organised software systems and databases for coordinating projects from site
- Strong project pipeline that ensures long-term work
