Site Supervisor - High End Residential

Company & Role:
Site Supervisor required for a full-time position with a multiple MBA award-winning builder. Focused primarily on high-End Residential projects up to $15mil, this company has an excellent record and reputation in this market and stands out as one of the most prestigious builders in the Sydney market. This gives you an excellent opportunity to join a company that is unique in its quality of work.The current projects are all highly valued architecturally designed homes around the Eastern suburbs of Sydney requiring high-detail finishing & structural work so, a candidate with experience managing High End class 1 & class 2 projects is essential.Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop project schedules and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Coordinate tasks and resources effectively.
• Setting out site and overlooking the quality of carpenters and other trades on site
• Liaising with clients, architects and management
• Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and address issues.
• Address any deviations or defects promptly.
• Coordinate delivery and storage of materials.
• Provide regular updates on project progress and milestones.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and permits.
• Prepare for project handover upon completion.

Skills & Experience:

• You must have relevant Supervisor experience working on luxury residential projects at $2mil +
• Cert IV in Building & Construction (or relevant experience)
• At least 5 years experience with luxury residential projects
• Diploma / Trade Certificate
• First Aid Certificate
• Ideally, you will come from a carpentry background
• Structural experience would be preferable
