We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our client to to lead the way on their projects. As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee multi-unit residential projects, specifically focusing on high-end townhouse developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures to uphold high standards.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and clients.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or concerns as they arise.
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in multi-unit residential construction, with a strong emphasis on high-end townhouse projects and boutique apartment complexes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- QBCC Site Supervisors licence, WHS accreditation and White Card.
