Due to continual growth and expansion of service offerings within SA, UrbanVirons Group (Urbans) is looking to engage full-time Site Supervisor to join our Landscape Construction Division in Kilburn or Lonsdale.
We pride ourselves in being people who really enjoy what we do, and we do it well. Urbans provide hands on practical training, up-skilling, promote trade qualifications, as well as encouraging supervisory and management diplomas.

THE ROLE
Oversee a variety of landscape construction projects ensuring all works are delivered on time and of the highest standard
With assistance from the Project Team, coordinate and manage all facets of the project (people, materials, resources) to meet contractual and technical requirements
Lead and mentor the site team
Maintain daily communication with Project Team
Lead and promote safety, quality and environmental company culture
ABOUT YOU
To be successful you will have:
Experience in some or all:
Site set out
Interpreting plans & specifications
Understand hard and soft landscaping works
Plant operation (must be licenced)
Paving or concrete background (highly desired)
Effective leadership and people management skills
Excellent time management and organisational skills, including multitasking against competing priorities
Strong written and oral communication skills
Current SA Drivers Licence and ability and willingness to travel (within regional SA)
Personal attributes:
Motivated and driven with a great work ethic
Ability to forward think, problem solve and use initiative
Attention to detail ensuring quality of work is of the highest standard
Reliable and flexible, able to adapt to change easily whilst influencing others positively
