We're on the hunt for a dynamic and seasoned Site Supervisor to join our vibrant team located in Parkinson. The perfect fit will take charge of assisting the Brisbane Operations Team, especially Project Managers, in overseeing and orchestrating on-site project activities and events throughout Queensland. As a proactive leader, the Site Supervisor will deliver outstanding customer service and adeptly resolving any challenges that arise.
Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
• Ensure work installed meets compliance requirements
• Adhere to OH&S policies and procedures
• OH&S Management on projects
• Site Supervision and onsite co-ordination of events and assigned project works
• Liaise with Customer Service Representatives, Site Managers, Project Engineers and CA's onsite to ensure the scope is being delivered correctly
• Assist with resolving issues regarding installation, paperwork and stock discrepancies
• Completing site counts and ensure adequate stock is available
• Identify additional equipment requirements to increase efficiency on site and improve performance
• Assisting in the onsite installation and maintenance of Site Camera works
To be successful for this role, you must have the following:
• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor (essential)
• Construction industry experience preferred with a strong knowledge in installation standards
• Confident in conducting onsite toolbox talks and addressing any non-compliance incidents and behaviours
• Sound understanding of OH&S policies and procedures
• Ability to prioritise and work unsupervised
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to interact professionally with all levels on site
• Be well presented with great communication skills, both written and verbal
• Valid drivers’ licence and forklift licence (essential)
• MR truck licence (desirable)
