Role & Responsibilities:
As Site Supervisor, this is a leadership role with opportunity for personal development within a growing company.
- Oversee and manage the installation of AC into single and 2 storey residential homes under construction.
- Managing residential projects in Perth WA and surrounding areas.
- Making sure quality is maintained & never compromised.
- Daily site supervision of allocated sites and installations.
- Liaise with all builder clients, suppliers, wages install teams, subcontractors and coordinating with Office.
- Communicate professionally and confidently with the clients and trades.
- Knowledge of AC is essential.
- Problem-solving
- Planning of Tool Box meets & overseeing quality control in the field
- Representing the company at key events
The successful applicant should have:
- Clean Driving License.
- White card
- Basic Hand Tools
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to converse clearly and effectively with all involved stakeholders.
- Be self-motivated and resourceful.
- Organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively unsupervised.
- Knowledge of AC
- simPRO knowledge an advantage but not essential.

Suitable Candidates
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a HVAC Project Manager within the new home sector - although we are also happy to consider ambitious HVAC Installers/Supervisors/Site Managers looking to take the next step in their career.
The position does require the individual to have full working rights in the Australian market (PR/Citizen.)
