In the role of Trainee Site Manager, you will be working in a close-knit team reporting to an efficient and supportive Director who will be committed to taking your skill set to the next level, with the role on all sides of the building process, from co-ordination of sub-contractors, call forwarding and job programming (Truth Engine) and ensuring the successful completion of projects with good office support and quality control processes in place.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 6 months+ Residential experience (essential)
- Trade background or scheduling experience
- Strong organisational skills and excellent time management
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple sites
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
- White card (essential)
