Your new role
Due to growth a Site Supervisor is required to join their Sunshine Coast team on a project in the northern end of the Sunshine Coast. You will take the lead role for this project on site, supported by a Project Manager and Contract Administrator from their local office. The project will involve some hard landscaping elements, bringing new park features to a popular tourist area. This is a 5 day a week role, ensuring works are completed on time to the required specs, following a methodology and program. It's also important you maintain a safe, clean site while the project is expected to run between 4 – 5 months. There will be further local projects after this or, if you’re the right person they will also consider you for a contract role.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you must be locally based with experience as a Site Supervisor on similar projects with a QBCC Site Supervisors Licence. Candidates with experience delivering Govt projects are preferred, while experience on Commercial projects with a focus on safety would also suit this role. An ability to keep a clean, safe site is also paramount for this; a project in the public eye.
