AddressDomination Homes & Zircon Living are a family owned home builder, who have been building homes in Perth for over 40 years. We cater to individual customer needs in design, style and service and have an outstanding reputation for exquisite custom homes. We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to add value to our experienced Construction team.
The Role
Reporting to the Construction Manager and working closely with our Client Liaison officers and Scheduling team, your primary responsibility will be to ensure daily activity is present onsite and scheduled with our preferred trade base, quality assurance is met at each stage of the build, and cost effectiveness is managed during each build.
To be the successful candidate for this position you must possess:
- Experience in delivering luxury homes highly regarded (but not essential including experience in two storey builds)
- Minimum 5+ years residential site management experience
- Registered builder or trade-qualified highly regarded (but not essential)
- Ability to forward-plan and drive the construction program with the required level of intensity
- Effective communication skills when dealing with all stakeholders
- Excellent understanding of construction drawings, technical specifications and architectural detail
- Someone who takes accountability for their work and contributes to our established team, as we work together to achieve common goals
- Be self-motivated and organised
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
