APS5 Level
12-month contract with possibility of extension
Our Client is a Federal Government body that supports Australians and their families by valuing a positive contemporary attitude to disability.
Primary Skillset:
Significant experience with Teams Rooms video conferencing and audio-visual equipment including configuration, acoustic testing, and training to end users.
Network hardware installation and removal, patching and troubleshooting.
Ability to use tools such as drills for the installation and removal of hardware and potentially working with heavy/awkward objects such as visual displays.
Experience with logistics requirements, including asset receipt and distribution.
Experience with M365 platform including Kiosk and Microsoft Teams Rooms configurations.
Significant helpdesk or support experience.
ITIL or another technology certification
