Across our farms and strategic supplier partnerships, 14,000 pigs per week are supplied to our Linley Valley Pork abattoir. More than a quarter of our herd is free range, where sows are outside for their entire lives. The balance of our livestock is group housed where they are cared for according to the highest standards. Some 75 per cent of our piglets are reared in loose-housed deep litter systems, internationally recognised as being both welfare-friendly and the lowest greenhouse emitting systems available.

We are looking for experienced Knife Hands, and Boners who are passionate, hardworking, and dedicated people to join our team at Linley Valley Pork in Casual/Part-time and Full-time position. Morning and afternoon shifts are available to suit all availabilities and provide work life balance.
Your Responsibilities will include:
Understanding and complying with all safety policies, procedures, and practices
Working independently and with other team members to trim, score, roll, weigh and prepare pork products to meet Ausmeat specifications
Pack pork related products to strict customer specifications
Precision knife skills and judgment across a wide range of variation
Bandsaw and handheld circular saw operation
Product movement and storage
Your Essential Skills and Experience:
Experience processing meat
Enthusiastic, reliable, and hard working
Have a sound understanding of importance of good hygiene, PPE, and safety practices
Great communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
