Morning and afternoon shifts are available to suit all availabilities and provide greater work life balance. 

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Understanding and complying with all safety policies, procedures, and practices
• Working independently and with other team members to trim, score, roll, weigh and prepare pork products to meet Ausmeat specifications
• Pack pork related products to strict customer specifications
• Precision knife skills and judgment across a wide range of tasks
• Bandsaw and handheld circular saw operation 
• Product movement and storage 
• Proficient knife sharpening skills and experience

Your Essential Skills and Experience:

• Experience processing meat, ideally pork, meat trimming and slicing
• Ability and experience to sharpen knives is desirable
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and hard working
• Have a sound understanding of importance of good hygiene, PPE, and safety practices
• Great communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
