About your new role:
We are currently seeking casual Job Coaches to assist our supported employees, within our Monte Lupo Pottery Studio. As a Job Coach you will work as coach and support our supported employees to reach their fullest potential in all aspects of warehousing and packaging and help them to achieve their personal employment goals.
About you:
Experience working with people living with a disability in an employment setting or direct support and training.
Experience in the pottery industry, understanding of kilns and maintaining equipment.
Ability to motivate and engage others to meet the day-to-day objectives.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively within a team.
You will have or be wiling to obtain:
Full COVID-19 vaccinations (proof from MyGov)
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
