We are looking for an accounts and administration professional who can work onsite at our winery in Wilyabrup with a close-knit team.
As the business grows and expands, your duties may vary slightly to meet the demands of the business. The duties of the role include but are not limited to:
- MYOB Software Package usage
- End to End Payroll including Superannuation and PAYG Lodgements
- Accounts Payable and Receivable
- BAS Preparations and Lodgements
- Cashflow management
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Dropbox Management
- Support the Owner and Winemaker/s with administrative tasks as required
- Records management and office organisation
- Banking
- Answering of Phones
- Maintain Confidentiality
The business also has a Cellar Door operating 5 days per week, so it is essential that you have a bubbly personality and be a people person with the ability to interact with other staff and patrons in a friendly manner.
To be successful in this position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar Office Environment as you will be required to maintain all records and co-ordinate the daily office operations with professionalism and confidentiality. Salary will be dependent on Experience
