Air Liquide Healthcare Australia is a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gasses, homecare and Sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.
Covering our Townsville, QLD clinic, as the Retail / CPAP Therapy Consultant / Sleep Technician, you are employed on a casual basis working 35 hours a week (5 days Mon-Fri). One day per week travel to Ingham.
Our clinic’s primary objective is to assist our clients/patients with tailored end-to-end solutions, treatments and management of obstructive sleep apnoea.
The Role:
- Being the first point of contact for our new/existing clients
- Interactions are either over the counter and/or phone and emails
- Providing advice on CPAP equipment, set-ups and on-going services
- Performing Diagnostic Sleep Study set-up and follow up
- Interacting with physicians, hospitals and medical service providers
- Upsell of our products and services
- Maintaining and sterilising clinic equipment
- Processing orders
Are you a MATCH?
- Previous experience in a retail, healthcare or sales
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously in clinic
- Sound customer service experience
- Computer skills and confidence in using google suites
- Interest in CPAP therapy/sleep medicine
- Strong organisational and administrational skills
