Job title: Electrical Services Manager
Location: Perth, WA - local position
Salary: $130-$150k per annum + super

Our client creates energy solutions of scale using innovative collaborations and advanced Australian manufacturing of Standalone Power Systems. You will be part of an exciting project for the delivery of a series of power system builds for a variety of projects across Australia. You will be focused on providing a high quality of work and join a motivated and skilled team working across various sites within WA.
About the Role & Client:
Our client is seeking an Field Service Manager to lead a team of Field -based Electricians, trade assistants, apprentices and mechanical fitters working on Standalone power systems within the mining, utility and telecom sector while ensuring high quality work is carried out, manage budgets, drive projects and ensure HSE procedures are followed. Within this role you will report to the Operations Manager and ensure that the required resources, skills, and technology are available to execute the business plan and leverage potential opportunities in both established and emerging markets.
- Working with standalone power systems within Critical Power Infrastructure
- Management and supervision of electricians, trades assistants, apprentices and mechanical fitters.
- Working on mining, utility &telecom projects.
- Work locally while attending to site for occasional visits.

Skills & Requirements:
- WA - A grade electrical licence
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering (Desirable)
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and instrumentation drawings and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage and direct a team of between 20 employees.
- Ability to manage and engage with a field-based team and provide performance reviews.
- Experience with Critical Power Infrastructure would be advantageous
- High regard for safety and compliance with safety protocols.
- Current Drivers Licence
- Clear National Police Clearance
- Ability to pass full pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol
