About the role
Provide project leadership to the Specialty Medicine 1 program. The Project Manager will develop, coordinate, and contribute to the operationalisation of strategies and initiatives inline SM1 priorities. Various practice models may be used to enact this role, including but not limited to:
- Lead the monitoring, analysis, measurement and evaluation of models of care.
- Collaboration across multi agencies to deliver the outcomes of the project
- Provide leadership to the relevant members of the Multidisciplinary team to enable/facilitate the project deliverables
- Collaborate with consumers as experts to ensure models of care are contemporary and in line with community expectation.
- Coordinate the roll out of clinical practice change/improvements within the renal service
Employees classified at this level provide expertise project management. Employees classified at this level are experts within their area and stream of practice and have a significant degree of autonomy and decision making.
