Join the Finance & Corporate Services team as a Casemix Team Leader!
About the Role:
Finance and Business Services is responsible for managing the finance, accounting and business activities of Southern Adelaide Local Health Network (SALHN). As the Casemix Team Leader, you will be accountable to the Casemix and Activity Based Funding (ABF) Manager for the overall operational and strategic management of the SALHN Casemix ABF service.
About you:
- Proven experience within a hospital Casemix/ABF service, preferably a tertiary service.
- Experience in data extraction and management, interpretation and analysis, including compiling databases and generating meaningful results to assist in hospital management.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills in a complex environment and the ability to foster team participation and involvement.
- High level interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with clients, professional staff and administrative staff both orally and in writing.
- Demonstrated ability to work complex calculations and maintain a high-level of accuracy.
