The Role
We're seeking a passionate and skilled SMSF Client Manager to join our friendly team. This vital role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of the SMSF function within our firm. We are able to accomodate flexibility of hours in this role, ranging from 0.8FTE up to full time.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and lodge various financial statements and compliance returns.
- Maintain immaculate workpapers and accurate investment and pension records.
- Stay current with SMSF legislation and support the broader accounting team.
- Conduct research and prepare written advice for clients.
- Manage client relationships in partnership with our Principal, set engagement timelines, and ensure compliance.
About You
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in managing SMSF compliance.
- CA/CPA qualified.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical thinking skills.
- High level of integrity and commitment to doing the right thing.
- Strong work ethic and a genuine team player.
- Eager to learn and able to adapt to new challenges.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships with exceptional service.
Remuneration
$95,000 - $120,000 + super (full time equivalent) in line with relevant experience
