AddressWe have a fantastic opportunity for a candidate to join the team as a Client Services Manager at Alex Brown Strategic Financial Planners.
This long-term role suits a mature, friendly, and outgoing individual who values teamwork and prioritises client-centric service. You will work closely with our Principal Adviser and close-knit team to assist a diverse range of clients, in managing their financial affairs with care and regular communication.
In this role, you will develop and maintain strong client relationships, provide outstanding service through consistent and clear communication, support the Principal Adviser with client management and administrative tasks, and ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all client interactions and documentation.
To be successful in this role, you should have a genuine interest in the financial planning industry, advanced computer skills and IT literacy, the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients, exceptional oral and written communication skills, and a commitment to working in an office-based role within a collaborative team environment. We are looking for a team player with a desire to build strong, long-term relationships with the adviser and our clients.
