Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Client Service Manager for our NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) provider organization. The Client Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality services to our clients, ensuring compliance with NDIS guidelines, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and their support networks.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, carers, and support networks. Act as the primary point of contact for addressing client concerns, inquiries, and feedback.
Service Delivery Oversight: Coordinate and monitor the delivery of NDIS-funded services to ensure they meet the needs and goals of clients. Conduct regular assessments and reviews to evaluate service effectiveness and make adjustments as necessary.
Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with NDIS policies, procedures, and quality standards. Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.
Staff Supervision and Training: Supervise and support a team of support workers and service providers. Provide guidance, coaching, and training to staff to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
Case Management: Oversee the development and implementation of individualized care plans for clients. Coordinate multidisciplinary support services and collaborate with external stakeholders as needed to address complex client needs.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including service plans, progress notes, and incident reports. Prepare and submit reports to regulatory bodies and funding agencies as required.
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for service improvement and implement initiatives to enhance the quality and efficiency of Client Services. Solicit feedback from clients and stakeholders to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, disability studies, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Previous experience working in the disability sector, preferably within an NDIS provider organization.
- Strong understanding of NDIS policies, guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, support networks, and external stakeholders.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
