About the role
- Coordinate and direct BEMS maintenance activities ensuring all relevant statutory and safety requirements for building and engineering functions are met including the continuity of essential, legislative and programmed services.
- Lead, manage, direct and coordinate the multi-disciplined building trades, contractors and maintenance resources /activities of the BEMS Department, to ensure reliable, efficient and effective building engineering and maintenance services

- Demonstrated training and experience in the specialty of Ophthalmology
