This role is responsible for managing all social channel acquisition for CI AU & SG & FXJP(Forex AU & SG.com in FY24), aiming at increase OLS via social channels, As a Social Acquisition Manager, this candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective acquisition campaigns and daily operation across various social media platforms, including X, YouTube, TikTok, WhatsApp, Instagram and other social financial media. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, user behavior,experienced in performance marketing and a proven track record of driving growth through innovative acquisition strategies.
- Plan and execute comprehensive Social Acquisition strategies for X, YouTube, TikTok, WhatsApp, Instagram, LINE etc.
- Analyze and identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities to optimize acquisition campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling and engaging social media content that aligns with acquisition goals.
- Utilize data and analytics to track and measure the performance of Social Acquisition campaigns/daily operation, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay competitive in his/her acquisition efforts by staying on top of industry trends, new tech, and emerging social media platforms.
- Manage and optimize social media advertising budgets to maximize ROI and achieve acquisition targets.
- Foster relationships with influencers / media to enhance brand visibility and drive acquisition.
- Stay informed about platform-specific advertising guidelines and ensure compliance in all social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to integrate Social Acquisition efforts with overall business strategies.
- Regularly report on KPIs and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related industry.
- Proven at least 2 years experience in social media acquisition, with a focus on platforms such as X, YouTube, TikTok, WhatsApp, and Instagram.
- In-depth understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Billigual writing and Speaking in Chinese/ English or Japanese/English
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative acquisition strategies.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing
- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and advertising platforms.
