In addition, the Senior Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in developing acquisition capability within the team, mentoring other young marketers and sharing best practice frameworks to drive continuous improvement. - Develop and lead comprehensive customer acquisition strategies to drive growth and meet new customer acquisition targets, including market development and expansion.
- Oversee the planning, execution and optimisation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, with a focus on optimising the acquisition funnel to improve conversion rates and maximise ROI.
- Provide a deeper layer of segmentation based on the range of needs of each geographical area, to promote the right services to the right customers.
- Utilise data-driven insights to measure marketing performance, identify areas for improvement and optimise efforts for maximum effectiveness.
- 6-8+ years marketing experience with a focus on customer acquisition and digital marketing, preferably in Retail eCommerce.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful data-led marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
- End to end campaign management experience including strategic brief writing, creative evaluation, production and measurement.
- Proven experience in working with customer databases and understanding deep customer insights.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, assess and mitigate risks associated with marketing initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence, maintaining strong relationships with senior management
