The OpportunityAs a Social and Digital Consultant, you will develop creative and high-impact social media and email content to support the nationwide implementation of a large-scale campaign tailored to support and educate small businesses, with a target audience of over 5 million Australians.
- Utilise your creativity to infuse fresh perspectives into content creation, encouraging widespread adoption of internal changes within small businesses across Australia
- Craft compelling organic social media content that seamlessly transitions into paid content, leveraging visuals and language to convey a compelling narrative
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment with campaign messaging and objectives
Your duties will include the following:
- Produce high-quality digital communication campaigns and content pieces focusing on all digital channels (focus on web, social media and email channels) across multiple brands and channels and in collaboration with stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Head of Campaigns and Communications and Digital marketing team to develop data-informed strategies
- Measure the analytics and KPIs of engagement levels to ensure high performance of content and social media strategies
- Provide insight and advice to the content development team to improve the quality of social media material
- Management of timelines, resourcing, allocation of tasks, team management, contract negotiations and budget monitoring
You will have over 5+ years of experience in an editorial or social media-related role with a strong knowledge of social media analytics and scheduling tools such as Canva, and reel editing apps.
- Exceptional writing skills, attention to detail, and high expectations for quality
- Extensive experience in project delivery and management roles
- Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously and to work autonomously to achieve agreed plans and objectives
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, experience, and maturity to relate effectively with internal and external stakeholders from all walks of life and backgrounds
- Experience in small business favourable
- $110k – $120k + 11% super
- Location: Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne
