Role Aim
As a Social Content Creative, you’ll join a fast-paced team of social creatives to ideate, shoot, edit, design and produce compelling social and digital videos and statics for a plethora of platforms. Working on a mix of consumer and corporate brands - including the integrated resorts and gaming sector - no two days are the same as you craft content to help bring brand stories to life.
Key responsibilities
Content Production
A well-rounded creative hybrid who produces high quality social media & digital assets on-brief
- Design, shoot or edit creative assets across TikTok, Meta, X, YouTube, LinkedIn and more
- Creates social & digital assets using Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, After Effects or otherwise to deliver static images, videos, banners, GIFs, motion graphics, cinemagraphs, stop-motion and time lapse
- Skilled at creating social-first, shortform video end-to-end – from concepting and mocking up storyboards in Creative Cloud, to shooting and editing final assets in Premiere Pro
- Comfortable on camera and can direct talent for social shoots
- Can work autonomously to create social media/digital assets from briefing to ideation, concepting to development
- Comfortable working with a team both remotely and in-office
- Complete assigned briefs to spec and collaborate with the team to ensure the best client outcome
- Creates assets and templates for multiple brands and industries, demonstrating creative flair and commercial understanding
- Contribute strong knowledge of social media channels, ad formats and consumption behaviours
- Keen to help out with ad-hoc requests, sometimes involving non-social design tasks (basic print designs, for example.)
Project Management
Supporting the Social Content Team and account leads by producing content and driving asset delivery
- Understands client’s brands and products and the objectives of creative for
social/digital channels
- Proactively takes the lead on content production, displaying initiative when there is minimal creative direction
- Owns timelines and delivers content on time, all the time
- Has strong time management skills and flagging in advance when deadlines are unclear or unlikely to be met (a rarity)
- Highly articulate and clear in all communications internally and externally
- Manages and reconciles estimates of hours required to complete work, and budgets, with limited errors and zero overspend
- Identifies and shares better and more efficient ways of doing things that benefit the entire team
- Escalates client issues quickly for effective resolution by the client
Key Requirements
- Previous work experience creating social-first assets, preferably in an agency environment
- Skilled at creating video or motion assets in Premiere Pro, with an understanding of how to implement keyframes and other shortform video techniques for TikTok & Instagram Reels
- Skilled digital designer who knows their way around great design techniques, typography and composition of static social assets/carousels in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
- Knows their way around After Effects and can even create 2D motion graphics - or beyond
- Can shoot photo and video on the fly with minimal direction and an eye for good composition
- Comfortable being on-camera where required
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly articulate and clear in all communications internally and externally
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong understanding of asset creation for multiple social media channels and best practices
- Can adhere to strict client design guidelines and safeguard the brand tone of voice and look/feel at all times
- Ability to work both independently and in a team to develop, edit and create content
