All About Media is looking for a savvy Social Media Accounts Manager with Social Media expertise to work with the inhouse creative and paid social and media team to deliver engaging video content for organic social feeds and paid advertising.
If you have knowledge across all Social Media platforms, can create content on all formats, have a commercial mind and regularly know what is trending then this is the job for you!
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop Creative concept ideas and delivery for all socials (or outsourced)
- Outbound calls / emails/ meetings to new leads coming into the business and your own lead generation / network initiatives to drive new business and revenues.
- Pitching to client’s new social content ideas – draft and actual.
- Keeping abreast of social trends/ developments and actively promoting these new ideas to our clients
- Actively keeping on top of technology and other platform initiatives and developments to bring these into the business (e.g. AI)
- Actively look to grow revenues by building on existing client’s social packages with new ideas/ add Ons (e.g. UGC content, AI, testimonials etc).
- Assist in briefing and reaching out to our “collective” of production / talent/ editors etc. to carry out tasks / jobs.
- Prepare, develop, and send proactive proposals to new and existing clients.
- Assist in reporting / results and commentary on a campaigns performance and suggestions.
- Coordinate onboarding with clients – content briefing etc.
- Identify new opportunities across the greater business – e.g. paid media, video creative, blogs, content etc.
- Ensure attention to detail is always upheld.
- Assist in production, filming, editing and other graphics work where required.
- Utilise new and emerging platforms to develop interactive and AI content (including video) with our editing / graphics team.
- When communicating to any media partner, supplier, channel partner etc – respect for the business and individual is always upheld.
- Maintain a professional attitude and standing in and outside of the business when representing the business in any way.
- Drive to learn, grow, and succeed.
Skills & Experience Required:
- 2 + years’ experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge in Social Media platforms and their algorithms
- Ability to follow a brief and meet quick turn-around times
- Strong visual skills
- Knowledge of the commercial marketplace and marketing in general.
While the role is advertised full time we welcome candidates as a part time role. 3 or 4 days a week for the right candidate with working from home options.
