We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Desk Engineer to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for providing technical support to our organization's end-users, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:Provide first and second level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or other communication channelsRespond to service requests in a timely manner and maintain accurate records of support activitiesTroubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues, including network connectivity problemsInstall, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systemsAssist with the setup and deployment of new hardware and software as neededEscalate complex technical issues to appropriate resources and follow up to ensure timely resolutionEnsure that all equipment is maintained in good working order and that backups are performed regularlyCommunicate technical information to non-technical end-users in a clear and concise mannerFollow established policies and procedures for resolving technical issues Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Service Desk or technical support roleKnowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applicationsStrong troubleshooting skills and experience with hardware and software installationsExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility to work outside of normal business hours as neededStrong attention to detail and time management skillsIf you are a highly motivated and customer-focused Desktop Engineer who is looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
