What we’re looking for:

• Creative flair and a keen eye for visual aesthetics
• Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content
• Proficiency in Social Media management tools and analytics platforms
• Experience in developing and executing Social Media campaigns
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in digital marketing and Social Media
• Collaborative personality and ability to work effectively within a team

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Planning and managing the Social Media accounts of our company to create meaningful, relevant and engaging content 
• Research, plan, create and post engaging and story-telling content (images, graphics, reels, videos, campaigns, competitions etc.) to increase engagement with clients and followers and grow social communities.
• Research current Social Media trends, hashtags, and audio to leverage in the content you create
• Create catchy captions and ensure social content complies with Vinage Customs’ tone, look and feel
• Monitor and manage paid Meta ad spend, including optimising campaigns to increase audience and engagement
• Manage live posting and scheduling of content across all Social Media platforms using Buffer
• This role also incorporates some marketing administration tasks like website updates.
• Engage and develop new initiatives to increase reach, enhance results and drive sales
• Communicate and engage with followers and grow following base across Social Media channels.
• Develop and coordinate monthly campaigns to be executed across all Social Media and Marketing platforms

You candidate:

• Experience in using and managing Social Media channels
• Proven experience in creating and managing MailChimp campaigns.
• Excellent communication, analytical and multitasking skills.
• Posses a high attention to detail and be able to work as part of a team
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with using Adobe Suite and video editing is a bonus
