SalaryTitle: Digital & Social Media Marketing Manager
Salary: $110,000 + Super (Pro Rata)
Location: Melbourne, VIC
Looking for an agency-experienced Digital & Social Media Marketing Manager, that can work 2-3 days a week!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion for clients.
- Manage social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Create engaging content calendars and oversee content creation, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and recommend strategies to capitalise on emerging opportunities.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across various platforms
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and develop digital marketing strategies tailored to their needs.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate innovative approaches to drive results.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns and achieving measurable results.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Experience in creating and optimising paid advertising campaigns, with a strong understanding of targeting, bidding, and ad creative.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
