Social Media Digital Marketing Manager

We're looking for a driven Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager to help build our brand and those of our clients. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about social content creation and digital management, comfortable and confident on camera, a team player with strong verbal communication skills, and has an impeccable aesthetic sense. Someone who stays on top of social and digital trends, thinks outside the box, and is full of creative ideas. You will work closely with, and report to the Account Director or Senior Account Manager.

Social Media Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a content strategy for owned Social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Monitor Social media trends and implement innovative ideas to increase engagement and reach
• Create engaging content including high-quality videos for Social media platforms (eg: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) that align with clients' brand identities and objectives
• Manage Social media accounts, including scheduling posts, caption creation, paid social campaigns and community management 
• Monitor Social media analytics and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for optimisation
• Monthly and campaign reporting with key insights and strategic recommendations 

Digital Marketing Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, maintaining strong relationships and a strong understanding of their business goals and objectives
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to each client, including website management, email marketing, and SEO management 
• Test, configure, and implement web assets, content, and promotions on schedule
• Develop and execute A/B testing in line with strategic goals
• Monthly and campaign reporting with key insights and strategic recommendations 

Requirements:

• 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing and Social media management 
• Ideally a Marketing degree
• Proficiency in using Social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment whilst maintaining composure
• Strong communication skills
• Creative thinking and ability to generate original ideas
• Knowledge of data (segmentation, database queries, reporting tools)
