 An exciting opportunity now exists for a highly motivated, creative and energetic Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to join our company. 

This role involves managing Garlo's Social Media channels, coordinating B2B marketing initiatives and communicating internally to Garlo's employees. This is a newly created role with a diverse range of initiatives and activities that will have you working closely with the Garlick Family, the Senior Leadership Team, Garlo's Operational Managers and external stakeholders and suppliers.

This is a full-time position but start/finish time flexibility can be discussed and agreed with the successful applicant. Opportunities to work from home are available.

About the Role

• Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, this position will work across all management levels and stakeholders in Garlo's.
• This roll will spend approximately 50% of the time creating content in line with Garlo’s content calendar and strategic objectives, 30% of the time planning, scheduling and coordinating communications and 20% of the time performing community management tasks and liaising with internal stakeholders.
• Key result areas include Social Media asset creation and community management, B2B marketing initiatives, implementing and overseeing Garlo's influencer program, creation and distribution of internal employee communications and coordinating school tours through our production facility.

About You

• Exhibit a creative flair with content creation, identifying trending topics and communicating in Garlo's tone of voice.
• An education in either marketing, advertising or related field.
• Demonstrated ability in content creation and video production.
• Understand and know how to play on Australian humour.
