MARS Recruitment are partnering with a rapidly growing health and wellbeing company within the health food industry.
Responsibilities:
- A best in class organic and paid Social Media strategy is developed and implemented, including content calendar development and management, content creation, publishing, and community management.
- Collaboration on video and photo shoots with the brand team and content creators; resulting in engaging Social Media content.
- Reports are generated on performance, learnings, and optimisations, and shared with the team and wider business.
- Ensure brand voice and messaging are consistent for each brand and in line with brand guidelines across all content and platforms.
- Develop and implement the annual Social Media strategy across a range of channels to enhance brand awareness, assist in driving customer acquisition, engagement of product, brand, and campaign content, and help with building loyalty and advocacy.
- Monitoring the Social Media of competitors and identify trends the Social Media strategies and plans.
Qualifications:
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing or Communications and/or equivalent marketing or specialist knowledge
- 4+ years of demonstrated success in brand and social marketing ideally in high growth CPG brands.
- Deep knowledge of social platforms and the ability to craft engaging content.
- A deep understanding of major Social Media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X (…formerly known as Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube
- Experience delivering Influencer Partnership programmes with a strong understanding of the Pre, During and Post campaign stages of Influencer Marketing.
- Passion for their field, our brand, and the market - you will be inspired by other brands in all categories and think about how we translate best in class to inspire content.
- A go getter - Drive to achieve and be accountable so as a team we can make a difference in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
- Highly analytical and curious - able to find insights from the data clearly articulating what is working and what needs to change.
