The Opportunity bsed at our South Melbourne Support Office...
- Strategise, create, gather, and assess monthly content in alignment with the Social Media Strategy
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external agencies to curate compelling content
- Plan, execute, and support influencer marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reach.
- Collaborate with the Social Media Specialist and relevant marketing team members to devise campaign-specific content plans and strategies.
- Assist in managing Social Media channels, assets, and calendars to ensure consistent and timely publishing of content.
- Assist in the creation of Social Media graphics and short-form videos using content creation platforms and design software.
- Develop and oversee social competitions and engagement initiatives to encourage community participation.
- Partner with the Customer Experience Centre to monitor community engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
- Set up, maintain, and provide support for Social Media pages tailored for local area marketing, including training team members as necessary.
- Fulfill monthly and campaign-level Social Media reporting requirements to track performance metrics and future initiatives.
About you…
- Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or equivalent.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- A passion for Social Media including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram & TikTok.
- Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
